2 vols, 8vo, cont half leather, raised bands, gilt rules to spine, rubbed with some wear to extremities. Occasional light foxing. Several sections of blank leaves bound in, between sections and at end of Vol. II, with manuscript notes to a few of these and to front and rear flyleaves. Withdrawn from the Herbert Lister Bowman Library, Laboratory of Mineralogy, University of Oxford, with printed bookplate to each volume. Also with the earlier bookplates and ownership stamps of James Walker (1857-1929).
