2nd edition, identical to the first edition (2017) in all respects, expect for an additional index. Photographic illustrations are provided to assist the finding of each of the species described. Whilst the book focuses on moths found in Lancashire and Cheshire, the field tips within will equally be of use to people in other localities who wish to study the early stages of the microlepidoptera. Following the introductory section, there are twelve chapters, one for each month. Each month contains 10-18 species accounts with text and photographs to aid location of the feeding signs.
