Description:
Text French. Identification key, with species descriptions and distributions. This genus is characterised by high intraspecific variability within the same populations. This variability requires the examination of male and female genitalia for species identification. Study of the male genitalia has been the subject of several works, including Burlini and Warchalowski, however, determination of isolated females has been virtually impossible until now. This book presents for the first time drawings of the spermathecae of females for all the species known from France as well as photographs and drawings of all male aedeagi.
