This volume records 7 suborders and 14 families of the basal broad-waisted group of Hymenoptera in Zhejiang, including the family of Hymenoptera (1 genus and 1 species), the family of Hymenoptera (1 genus and 3 species), the family of Hymenoptera (1 genus and 1 species), the family of Trichodinae (10 genera and 61 species), the family of Residual Green Sawfly (2 genera and 6 species), the family of Pine Sawfly (5 genera and 11 species), the family of Hammerhorn Sawfly (6 genera and 20 species), the family of Heptadinae (2 genera and 4 species), the family of Tetradidae (153 genera and 540 species), the family of Platycodontidae (6 genera and 27 species), the family of Aphididae (6 genera and 8 species), the family of Olymphae (5 genera and 15 species), the family of Stem Mylidae (9 genera and 23 species), the family of Uropodidae (1 genus and 0 species), a total of 208 genera and 720 species. Except for a few species, all records are based on the sawfly specimens collected by the author or confirmed after examining the type specimens. All except one species are accompanied by morphological features, and a key to suborder, superfamily, family, genus and species is provided. Some species also provide host plant information. At the end of the article, there is also an index of Chinese and scientific names and 218 colour pictures of adults of 216 species.
