4 vols, sm. 8vo, non-uniform set: Series 1: orig. green dec. cloth, rubbed/scuffed, bevelled edges, aeg; ink inscription to verso of half-title; Series 2: cont. cloth, gilt title to spine, small chip to cloth at top of rear joint; binding cracked between two gatherings, but firm; Series 3& 4: orig. cloth, gilt title to spine, teg, a little rubbed to extremities. All with some light marginal browning, occasional foxing, plates clean. Previous owners' bookplates. A good set.
