4to, orig. green cloth, gt and black-stamped design to front board and spine, bevelled edges; neat, professional repair to head of spine, a few light marks. Old, inconspicuous light water stain to inner lower margin of front endpaper only. Gift inscription to front endapaper. One pressed fern frond enclosed. Very good. From the library of Hampshire ornithologist, Michael Bryant, with his decorative bookplate.
