An original handcoloured lithographic print of Calotes grandisquamis, large-scaled forest lizard by the South African illustrator George Henry Ford who joined the British Museum in 1837 to accompany a paper by A. Gunther 'Second Report on Collections of Indian Reptiles obtained by the British Museum', published in the Proceeedings of the Zoological Society 1875.
