Description:
Text Korean with Latin scientific names. There are 125 species of dragonflies on the Korean Peninsula, of which 103 species live in Korea. 98 pictorial keys enable identification of all the species recorded in Korea (excluding 3 species which could not be collected and 2 species which need re-examination). 98 specimens are illustrated. Specimens have been quickly dried so that they do not fade immediately after collection, they have been photographed in colour, and are as close as possible to the natural colour of the living insects.
