8vo, orig. cloth, some wear/chipping to head of spine, split to top of front joint, shelf label removed from spine. From an institutional library with book-plate of the Herbert Lister Bowman Library, Laboratory of Mineralogy, University of Oxford. Bowman (1874-1942) was Waynflete Professor of Mineralogy and Crystallography. Also with small book-plate of James Walker (Christ Church) (1857-1929), demonstrator in the Clarendon Laboratory, Vice-President of the Physical Society.
