The Chloropidae (Diptera: Brachycera) of mainland Portugal with description of a new species of Lasiosina Becker

Synopsis:
Species of Chloropidae were collected from a wide range of habitats on mainland Portugal over a 68-month period from August 2008 to April 2014. One hundred and two species are listed with their data and habitats; 94 of these are recorded for the first time from mainland Portugal and 28 species are new records for Iberia. Three genera: Eribolus Becker, 1910, Hapleginella Duda, 1933, and Oscinisoma Lioy, 1864, are also new for Iberia. Tricimba bimarginata Sabrosky, 1979, is a new record for Europe and Lasiosina stenostylus is described as a new species.
